Kennesaw State University’s Campus Postal Services provides the University with convenient access to mailing services. We process and distribute interoffice mail as well as all incoming and outgoing mail for the university. Additionally, we provide United States Postal Service express mail, priority mail, and tracking services.

The goal of Campus Postal Services is to provide the best possible service for both mail senders and recipients. We offer a variety of in-house services to benefit the Kennesaw State University community.

Our Services

  • The Campus Print Shop provides the KSU community with high-quality printing and finishing solutions for a variety of projects. Whether it's a simple brochure or a full campus outreach program, the KSU Print Shop is here to support your mission. Contact us for a custom quote.

  • Monday through Fridays at 9:00 AM, incoming mail is picked up from the Kennesaw Post Office, sorted and then delivered to campus department mail rooms in their respective buildings.

    Outgoing mail is delivered Monday through Friday no later than 3:30 PM from the Kennesaw State University Post Services Department.

  • Letters requiring minimum First Class postage don’t need to be sealed and shouldn’t be nested. Letters with three or more pages and letters not requiring postage to be affixed by the University must be sealed. The envelope’s contents must be properly folded and inserted so that it does not extend out of the envelope. If this procedure is not followed, the postage machine will tear the envelope and its contents.

    All envelopes larger than a letter size MUST be sealed by the sender’s University department. Certified mail should be marked clearly.

  • The University will not pay postage for personal mail. Personal mail dropped off at the mail center without postage will be returned to sender for proper postage to be affixed or will be sent out postage due to the addressee.

    Campus Postal Services is only allowed to deliver Kennesaw State University business related mail/parcels to all faculty and staff. If a personal package is received, a notification email will be sent to make arrangements for pick-up at the mail center. Personal mail will not be delivered and may be returned back to the sender.

  • Zip Codes must be used on all mail. The National Directory of Zip Codes may be searched via the USPS website, Look Up a Zip Code.

    Department mailbox number must be used in return address on all University mail. Department mail box numbers in the address of all incoming and intercampus mail.

  • Departments wanting to mail information on campus using the official University mail lists may do so by contacting Campus Postal Services.
